1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from VOYAGE RENT CAR, operated by AVTOVOYAGE RENT S.L. (VAT: B75274829), you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is formed when we accept your booking and you pay the required deposit.
2. Driver Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license for at least 1 year. Drivers aged 21-25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. An international driving permit is required for non-EU licenses.
3. Booking, Payment & Security Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due at vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. By providing your payment card, you authorize us to securely store a tokenized version of your card details and automatically charge it for any post-rental fees, including but not limited to traffic fines, toll charges, refueling costs, vehicle damage, or smoking penalties.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a one-day rental charge. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
5. Insurance
Basic insurance (CDW) is included in all rentals. Full coverage with zero excess is available for an additional fee. Personal belongings are not covered by our insurance.
6. Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used in accordance with Spanish traffic laws. Off-road driving is prohibited unless specifically authorized. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
8. Additional Drivers
Additional drivers can be added for a daily fee. All additional drivers must meet our driver requirements and present valid documentation at pickup.
9. Breakdown and Accidents
In case of breakdown, contact our 24/7 assistance line immediately. In case of accident, notify the police and our office within 24 hours. Do not leave the scene until police arrive.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of València, Spain, where our main office is located.
