How to pay a fine?

If you receive a ticket, pay within 20 days for a 50% discount. You can pay online on the official DGT website using your ticket reference number.

ZBE Rules by City

Madrid Central

Strict zone. Only Label 0 and ECO can park on street. Label C can enter ONLY to go to a public park.

Valencia ZBE

Centric areas restricted during Fallas and busy alerts. All our fleet from 2023+ is allowed.

Alicante ZBE

Active monitoring in the harbor and old town areas. Follow digital signs at city entrance.

Torrevieja ZBE

Implementation throughout 2026. Moratorium period for awareness. Fines start Jan 2027. Avoid the port area if you have no badge.
